Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges on orders of $100 or more are eligible for FREE shipping! You may return items within the first 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately the order is no longer eligible for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. They item must also contain all original tags.

If your order was $100 or more, please email us with your order number at 7elementsde@gmail.com. Once we receive your written return/exchange request, we will provide with a PDF shipping label for you to return your items.

If your order was under $100, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Please complete the contact form, or email us with your invoice number. We will reply with a return shipping address.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method payment, within 15 days.

Non-Refundable/ Non-Returnable Items:

All clearance items are final sale. These items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Intimates (men and women’s underwear, bras, and pasties) are not eligible for returns due to hygienic purposes.
